La Academia de Cine de Hollywood ya se ha pronunciado.

'12 años de esclavitud' se corona en los Oscar de este año como mejor película. Alfonso Cuarón, mejor director, lleva a la cima a 'Gravity' con siete estatuillas. Cate Blanchett, mejor actriz por 'Blue Jasmine'. Matthew McConaughey, mejor actor por 'Dallas Buyers Club'. Jared Leto, mejor actor secundario también por 'Dallas Buyers Club'. Y Lupita Nyong'o, mejor actriz secundaria por '12 años de esclavitud'.

El español Esteban Crespo no obtiene finalmente el galardón al mejor cortometraje.

Ellen DeGeneres ha brillado como maestra de ceremonias.
